Welcome to the Hannah Arendt Center's Secure Online Membership Page

The Hannah Arendt Center for Politics and Humanities at Bard College is the world’s most expansive home for thinking about and in the spirit of Hannah Arendt— the leading thinker of politics and active citizenship in the modern era. The Arendt Center nourishes and supports engaged thinking that elevates and deepens the public argument and is the bedrock of our democracy.

But we need your help. We have made great strides at the Hannah Arendt Center over the past few years. But, to continue to grow, provide substantive and thought-provoking programming, and encourage dialogue that serves to elevate and deepen the public argument, we need financial support.

We urge you to consider becoming a Member of the Hannah Arendt Center.  All membership levels come with wonderful perks. But, more importantly, your membership donation will play an instrumental role in the continued success of the Center and all it stands for.

Beginning in the fall of 2014, the Arendt Center will be hosting a virtual reading group led by academic members of the HAC. Arendt Center members will be able to join a virtual discussion about essays by Hannah Arendt or others related to Arendt Center themes. This is a free member-only benefit.

Thank you for your support of the Hannah Arendt Center. Your donation helps us meet our National Endowment for the Humanities Challenge Grant.
