[Celebrate Women's History Month]

Center for Civic Engagement, Bard Athletics, Hannah Arendt Center, Dean of the College, and Human Resources present:

Celebrate Women's History Month

Leading Ladies at Bard Mixer

Friday, March 29, 2024
Blithewood
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm

This event occurred on:  Organized by the Hannah Arendt Center for Politics & Humanities and the Office of the Dean of Inclusive Excellence. Co-Sponsors Include: Center for Civic Engagement, Bard Athletics, Human Resources, and Bard College Office of the Dean.

At Bard, we are deeply committed to inclusive excellence and as a way to amplify the importance of Women’s History Month, we are excited to launch our Inaugural Women of Bard Social Gathering. This year’s theme is Leadership & Courage in Action. Join us in celebrating women from across campus who are leading with courage every day at Bard. This year's mixer offers an inspiring opportunity for the entire Bard community to hear and learn from exceptional individuals who identify as women, showcasing their leadership and courage in action. We invite people of all genders and backgrounds to join us as we build community and fellowship, and amplify the voices of these phenomenal individuals who identify as women of Bard.

In celebration of Women's History Month, we're recognizing the incredible women who make Bard a special place. We're looking for nominations of women who inspire us with their courage, compassion, and unseen leadership. These are the women who go above and beyond, leading by example and making a positive impact without always needing the spotlight. They might be faculty members, staff, students, or even those who contribute to the Bard community in other ways.
